Every Baseball WA season starts with the same problem, and it is not on the diamond. It is the distance. Since 2023 that has been ours to carry, and for another three years it stays that way.
We are proud to continue as Baseball WA’s Official Travel Supplier, extending a partnership that began in 2023 by a further three years. Corporate trips, state teams, development tours. If it leaves Perth with a Baseball WA badge on it, we book it.

A trusted Baseball WA travel supplier
No state travels further for baseball than Western Australia. Every national championship, every representative campaign and every development tour starts with a flight east. Since 2023 we have been the ones getting them there.
Three years in, the partnership runs on detail rather than paperwork. Knowing a squad named on a Sunday night still has to be on a Tuesday flight. Holding seats before a draw is confirmed, and releasing them when it is not. Getting a bat bag onto a connection that was never built to take one. None of it is glamorous, and all of it is the part we are best at.
That is the difference between a supplier and a travel department. Baseball WA has ours.
What we take off their plate
Squads are named late. Draws shift once the preliminary rounds are done. Equipment has to fly. And every dollar spent is money a member association has to account for.
We handle it. Group seats held before a squad is final. Accommodation close enough to the diamond that nobody loses an hour to traffic on game day. Transfers built around first pitch rather than check-out. Reissues, roster changes and late additions absorbed before they reach the association’s desk. A single contact who knows your program end to end, costs that can be budgeted before a season opens, and someone reachable when a squad is already in the air.
Through the partnership we go further again. Extra activities to round out a trip, deals and packages built around team travel, and travel insurance for peace of mind.
One team or a full national campaign, it is the same job, and it ends the same way: the last bag off the belt back in Perth.
Why a sports-exclusive travel partner matters
Team travel does not behave like corporate travel, and it does not behave like a holiday. The variables move right up until departure and somebody has to hold them. A general agent meets that occasionally. We meet it every day.
The Baseball WA program is run out of our Perth office, opened in 2024, and it sits alongside the rest of our baseball travel work, including our partnerships with Baseball Australia and Baseball Victoria. A player coming through the WA pathway and a national squad heading overseas are moved by the same travel team.
For Baseball WA the result is straightforward. More of the season spent on the diamond, and less of it spent on logistics.
