The 2021 Rugby World Cup is scheduled to be the ninth Rugby World Cup for women, to be held in New Zealand in the cities of Auckland and Whangarei. This will be the first women’s Rugby World Cup to be held in the southern hemisphere. New Zealand are the defending champions, having won the events in 2017 for the fifth time. England will also be chasing the title, having won in 2014 & 1994, while the USA are the only other team to have won the title, back in the first event held in 1991. Australia, Canada, France, Wales also qualified as top 7 finishers from the 2017 tournament, with the remaining places in the 16 team competition to be determined through regional qualifiers.
Final schedule for the tournament are yet to be determined and packages will be released once this occurs. These packages will include:
